One Year Training in 5 courses
Dive deep into osteopathy and Thai yoga massage.
This 200-hour Osteothai program is open only to Thai Yoga Massage Practitioners meeting the requirements of Anathai School’s 200h program.
The participants engage themselves for the 5 courses as a complete program, not as a separate course menu.
Course Prerequisites:
Beginner course 10 days
Dynamic thai course
Basic Anatomy for holistic bodywork, thai massage, shiatsu.
Osteothai Mobility & vitality
The Foundations
This course is the first step to learning about osteopathic approaches such as biomechanics, tissular, craniosacral blended with Thai Yoga Massage.
Osteothai Craniosacral
This unique course is focused on the Osteopathic Craniosacral approach and how to blend it with Thai yoga massage.
Osteothai Visceral
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the visceral region, an area that requires precise anatomy knowledge, sensitive touch, and grasp of visceral function. It’s a wonderful chance to connect Eastern belly massage with osteopathic approaches.
Osteothai Thorax & Respiratory system
This course focuses on all the important structures involved in the breathing mechanism. It includes the chest cavity, ribs, clavicle, spine, as well as the lungs, diaphragm, heart, and related fascias.
Osteothai Autoregulation
This final Integration course focuses on the interrelationships between all layers including the structures, fluids, fasciae and how to integrate them into Thai Yoga Massage.
