Osteothai Mobility & vitality – The Foundations

This course is specially designed:

The course will also cover methods to improve mobility and vitality of the tissues by unwinding fascias and releasing retentions of energy.
  • Another important aspect of the training is learning to connect with the Primary Respiratory Mechanism, which involves understanding the natural rhythm of the body’s breath and movements. Participants will also learn how to connect and work with the Dura Mater, a membrane that covers the brain and spinal cord.
  • The course will also focus on freeing up key areas in the body.
